Course Description:	Various aspects of biomass conversion to energy, chemical, and bioproducts. The presentations are linked to introduce the student to opportunities in the emerging bio-economy. Topics include biomass types and characteristics, technologies, systems analysis, economics, and environmental aspects of biorefineries.
