Explores the sociocultural, economic, behavioral, and policy implications on maternal and child health in low-to-middle income countries. A multi-disciplinary approach will cultivate critical assessment and introduce interventions affecting the health of women and children worldwide. Topics will be conceptualized with a sensitivity to cultural diversity within a global context.
