Course Title:	Service-Learning Project Management
Course Description:	The research and design phase of the Institute for Leadership Advancement’s service-learning project component for Leonard Leadership Scholars. The curriculum will focus on how to manage a change initiative within a non-profit organization. Topics will include qualitative research, benchmarking, project management, and problem solving.

Nontraditional Format:	Course includes a service-learning project during the semester that either employs skills or knowledge learned in the course or teaches new skills or knowledge related to course objectives. Students will be involved in the planning and implementation of the project(s) and may spend time outside of the classroom. Students will be engaged in the service-learning component for approximately 25-50% of the overall instruction time.
Prerequisite:	ILAD 4100 or ILAD 4100E
Semester Course Offered:	Offered spring semester every year.
Grading System:	A-F (Traditional)
