Description:
Race is a culturally controversial topic, and attempts at dialogue frequently devolve into “I’m right, you’re wrong” dichotomies. This course focuses on the Supreme Court’s jurisprudence and equips students with constitutional law theory and critical thinking skills required to understand the dynamic relationship between Court cases and race in education.
