Course Title:The Pilates Method II

Description:
Advances students in the Pilates Mat repertoire from intermediate to advanced level Pilates exercises. The history of The Pilates Method is introduced, as well as the Pilates principles, guiding Pilates practitioners into a strong personal practice. Some prior Pilates experience is required, or prior experience with a mind-body connected physical practice.
