Minor - Cellular Biology

The Cellular Biology minor shall consist of 15 credit hours that includes at least three 3000-level or higher courses with a Cellular Biology (CBIO) rubric and approved as a major elective. Six of the 15 credit hours may come from Area VI (prerequisites), BCMB 3100 or GENE 3200-3200D . CBIO 3400 must be completed for the minor, and it will count toward the 15 credit hours.

Prospective minors need to complete the Minor Declaration Form: http://www.curriculumsystems.uga.edu/UCC/Minors/Minordeclare.pdf and take it to the Cell Biology Undergraduate Coordinator for approval and signature.

After completing the minor, students need to complete the Minor Completion Form: http://www.curriculumsystems.uga.edu/UCC/Minors/Minorcomplete.pdf and take it to the Cell Biology Undergraduate Coordinator for signature. It is advisable to contact the Coordinator by e-mail first to be sure that the form is filled out correctly.
