Course Objectives: | At the conclusion of this course, students should be able to do
the following: Describe and critique the major approaches to
understanding the role of decision making in international
relations, explain how these approaches differ in their
assumptions about the capacities of policymakers, and how these
capacities affect the conduct of country behavior. |
