Course Description: | Laboratory or field research conducted under the supervision of
a faculty member in the department of Poultry Science. Students
will be required to submit a written report documenting their

to conduct laboratory or field research under the direction of

Course Objectives: | By the end of this course, students will have developed
proficiency in Poultry Science research and should be able to:
Read and analyze the scientific literature.
Integrate ideas from conventional classes into addressing
current scientific questions.
Be capable of designing and critiquing experimental design and
interpreting results from experiments. |
Topical Outline: | The course is based on individual laboratory research directed
by faculty of the department of Poultry Science. Typically,
faculty and student will meet on a weekly basis at an arranged
time. |
