Course Title: | Biomedical Image Analysis |
Course Description: | Introduction to the standard approaches to biomedical image
analysis, including basic concepts of biomedical imaging, basic
algorithms, principles of software systems, and their
applications. Biomedical image analysis software tools will be
used in hands-on projects. |

Course Objectives: | Students will have a clear understanding of basic biomedical
image analysis problems and approaches, as well as their
applications. Although this course is aimed at
graduate/undergraduate students in computer science,
graduate/undergraduate students in psychology, neuroscience,
cell biology, bioinformatics, and engineering could benefit
from this course, and are welcome to attend. |
