Course Objectives: | Successful forestry and wildlife professionals communicate
well. They inspire others, create cooperation between
colleagues and committee members, advocate ideas and proposals,
educate students and community members, negotiate contracts,
and conduct and participate in interviews.
This course introduces fundamental communication skills
required for success in the workplace. Students will prepare
for and practice interviewing, speaking, critiquing, and
negotiating. |
