Course Objectives: | In this course, students will:
1)learn basic landscape graphic terminology and hand drafting skills,
2)learn to draw basic landscape plans using CAD software,
3)develop an understanding of site analysis, grading, and storm water management,
4)increase their problem-solving skills and decision making ability, and
5)demonstrate safe and proper procedures for landscape construction. |

Honor Code Reference: | Students who miss more than 4 classes (for any reason) will be required to make up
absences through assigned project work or receive a 1 point reduction in their
OVERALL grade for every absence. Students are responsible for any assignments due
on date of absences. Arrangements for extensions or excused absences must be made
in advance to avoid a project grade reduction of one letter grade for each class
period assignment is late. All academic work must meet the standards contained in "A
