| Course Objectives: | 1. To learn the "what," "how," and "why" of various techniques
used by wildlife technicians, managers, researchers and others;
2. To introduce students to the many specialties within
wildlife management and research;
3. To appreciate the need for, and process of research in
wildlife management (how can you contribute to the greater
understanding of wildlife populations and their interactions
with external factors?);
4. To become acquainted with professional wildlife biologists
