Description:
The major offers a background for students planning careers in real estate sales, leasing, management, or appraising. Real Estate is the study of site selection, acquisition (lease or purchase), management and disposition of real property.

Scholarships:
The Real Estate Society sponsors scholarships each semester.
Internships:
Internships may be completed for credit and are encouraged.
Student Organizations:
All students are strongly encouraged to join the Real Estate Society as soon as they become Real Estate majors. Membership in the Society not only makes the student eligible for scholarship awards, but also entitles the student to submit a resume for inclusion in the departmental resume book.
