Course Objectives: | Students will learn the basic accounting system, concepts and principles, with
emphasis on the accounting environment and the role played by accounting in
business decisions. Students will learn to record business transactions, post
accounts, and prepare and interpret financial statements. Performance on quizzes,
examinations, and a research project will be used to measure student achievement in
the course. |
