Course Description: | Fundamental leadership skills, including strategic thinking,
creating a motivating environment, employee empowerment, managing
change, and team processing. Students are provided with a
complete evaluation of their leadership style, and interact with
a personal leadership coach to generate an individualized action
plan for developing their leadership potential. |

Course Objectives: | The objective of this course is to develop students' leadership
skills while providing a unique perspective on the challenges and
problems that organizational leaders must address. Expected
learning outcomes include an enhanced ability to think and act

motivate and empower others, to tolerate ambiguity and embrace
change, to collaborate with strategic partners, and to develop
the leadership potential of others. |
