Course Description: | The course exposes participants to the business challenges and
opportunities in selected countries. The program incorporates
economic, political, social, cultural, and organization issues
through a mix of lectures, guest speakers, site visits, and
cultural excursions. |

Course Objectives: | The international residency helps students develop a more
balanced view of management practices and gain sensitivity for
conducting business on an international level. The
international experience is particularly important to
Executive MBA students, most of whom hold management positions
and are likely to assume greater responsibilities in
international business in the future. This experience builds
a profound understanding of such diverse topics as economics,
the role of government, historical/cultural influences on
business practices, and emerging trends in the global
marketplace. |
