Determine how business-related disputes are resolved
considering law, ethics, and the process of litigation.
Establish a working knowledge of the basis for governmental
regulatory authority in our professional and personal lives.
Show an understanding of other isssues in the regulatory
environment including the creation of organizations, contracts,
torts, and criminal law.
