Course Title: | Implementing New Venture Plans |
Course Description: | This course provides student teams the opportunity to start-up
proposed business ventures while still in school. Each team will
identify the key tasks necessary to start their venture which
will be assigned to a team member who is responsible for
completing all of their assigned tasks during the course with
the help of one or more mentors. |

Course Objectives: | 1. To complete the various legal and technical formalities
associated with the actual real world start-up of a specific
business venture.
2. To understand and complete the various managerial
tasks and activities associated with the actual real world
start-up of a specific new business venture. |

property; accounting,marketing and sales,operations,and
management systems; financing and financial strategies; ownership
and deal structures; and start-up strategies. |
