Course Objectives: | At the end of this course the student will be able to: Describe
different models of program planning. Apply an appropriate
planning model in the development of health promotion programs.
Describe the major social psychological and educational theories
of health behavior. Formulate program goals and objectives.
Develop a timeline, a budget, and a staffing plan for a health
promotion program. Design a health promotion program based on
identified community health needs. Develop an evaluation plan.
Identify instructional strategies for different populations. |
