Course Objectives: | The objective of this course is to aid students enrolled in the
Interdisciplinary Certificate in Personal and Organizational
Leadership to develop better understandings of the
organizational environments in which they will work, along
with the knowledge to make good decisions regarding their
careers. Students will also develop materials and skills for
more effectively marketing themselves to employers. |
