Course Objectives: | 1. Demonstrate an understanding of the risk management process and to develop a
risk management plan consistent with that process.
2. Demonstrate knowledge of certain legal principles associated with various areas
of law including contracts, constitutional law, property, tort, and insurance, as
appiled to sport operations.
3. Demonstrate an understanding of the moral and financial benefits in providing
quality services and adequate opportunities in sport to participants and spectators. |
