|Exposes students to several issues key to business leadership
success, such as power and influence, negotiations, business
ethics, and social responsibility. Students will also examine
business from different disciplinary perspectives and begin
developing their own personal leadership and career plans.|

This course has two primary objectives:
- To prepare students for leadership positions in business.
- Students will begin developing their own personal leadership
and career plans.
