Course Title:	Foundations for Business Leadership II
Course Description:	The course exposes students to several issues key to business leadership success, such as power and influence, negotiations, business ethics, and social responsibility. Students will also examine business from different disciplinary perspectives and begin developing their own personal leadership and career plans.

Prerequisite:	MGMT 3010

Course Objectives:	This course has two primary objectives: - To prepare students for leadership positions in business. - Students will begin developing their own personal leadership and career plans.
