| Course Objectives: | Course Overview & Objectives
This course introduces the concept of strategic management and provides
guidance for applying strategic management principles to dynamic business
situations. The perspective of the course is firm-level and normative; we
will study how managers integrate their firms with their environments to
produce sustainable competitive advantage. |
