| Course Objectives: | Course Objectives:
This course is designed to enable you to create meaningful change in
organizations. To that end, you will learn to 1) diagnose and identify
organizational problems and opportunities, 2) design and institutionalize
organizational interventions, 3) manage the change process, and 4) evaluate
the organizational impact. Teams of students work with actual business or
non-profit organizations to diagnosis an organizational problem and make
recommendations for improvements. |
