| Course Objectives: | The focus of the course is the design of employee benefit
programs for corporations. Emphasis is placed on a group
project, which requires students to design a comprehensive
employee benefits program for a hypothetical firm. Numerous
guest speakers have been invited to serve as additional resource
persons regarding the design of specific benefits.
Much of the in-class discussion throughout the course will focus
on the example of ABC Electronic Components. |
