New undergraduate students are required to register for and attend an orientation session prior to enrolling at the University. Orientation provides required placement testing, academic advising and registration for classes, as well as general information pertinent to newly entering students. Orientation information is mailed in late spring or summer to students who have been accepted for the following fall semester and by mid-December and mid-May for the spring and summer semesters, respectively.
