A cultural analysis of sport and Black cultures. Evolution of
sport as a cultural expression in Black communities. Historical
patterns and current conditions of Blacks' participation in
sport.

- Upon completing this course, students will be able to demonstrate knowledge of the theories used to explain Blacks' presence and predominance in certain sports.
