Student Learning Outcomes
Students will engage in formal and informal conversations concerning the culture and history of the countries associated with the target language.
Students will explain concepts and information in scholarly and non-scholarly presentations in the target language in front of an audience.
Students will understand the diverse cultural production in the target language through the analysis of literary and cultural artifacts and participation in cultural events.
Topical Outline
Topics of conversation will include, but not be limited to, students' lives, issues of international interest, and cultural events.
