An in-depth self-examination of skills, personality, attitudes, and behaviors to increase self-awareness of leadership competencies. Students will also examine theories of leadership to develop insights for their personalized leadership development. Activities include individual assessments, a ropes course, personal leadership development plan, and learning journal.

Student Learning Outcomes
Students will analyze personal leadership strengths and areas for growth through self-assessments, developmental exercises, and reflective journaling.
Students will demonstrate effective communication skills by engaging in group-led case discussions, and articulating leadership insights through written reflections.
Students will develop a comprehensive Personal Leadership Development Plan (PDLP) that integrates insights from assessments, coursework, and experiential learning to guide future leadership practice.
Students will collaborate effectively in teams by taking on shared leadership responsibilities during simulations, class activities, and discussions, and contributing to group deliverables.
