At the completion of this course, students will be able to: 1. Describe the role of school personnel and professionals. 2. Relate learning theory to observed student behavior in a classroom setting. 3. Identify key performance indicators which promote a successful school/learning experience. 4. Analyze trends in the education of youth and adult learners. 5. Prepare written and oral reports on observed performance and behavior.
