Course Objectives
1. To understand the basic concepts of the physics and chemistry of polymeric materials, such as polymer structures, polymer molecular weight and molecular distributions, polymer structure-property relationship, polymer rheology and solubility. 2. To understand different types of polymerization reactions, industrial polymerization techniques, and copolymerization.
