Course Objectives
Integrate concepts and issues acquired during the student's academic career in the ASET major by developing an individualized project related to emerging technology in agriculture. Students will work closely with a faculty member having experience appropriate to the project.
Topical Outline
Topics discussed in this course will include problem definition, research design, research implications, risk analysis, feasibility assessment and communicating results. Students will develop a project proposal with the aid of a faculty advisor, perform associated tasks, submit a written report, and make an oral presentation of their project to a panel of faculty.
