Course Objectives

Upon completion of the course, students will be able to: 1) identify and examine the inherent patriarchal structure of the formal educational system, 2)describe and analyze feminist pedagogical theories and preactices; 3)develop a global and diverse perspective on women's learning and development across the lifespan, 4)explain how positionality intersects and influences the teaching/learning structure and process.
