Course Description
A focus on the ethical issues and dilemmas facing health professionals in today's environment. Beliefs, human experimentation, professional responsibility, confidentiality, and conflicts of interest will be addressed to develop the critical thinking process important to the personal and professional resolution of ethical issues.

Course Objectives
1. Discuss current ethical issues facing society concerning health care and the pharmacy profession. 2. Identify and articulate ethical issues and develop thoughtful, reasoned responses to these issues. 3. Engage in a dialog with classmates on selected topics which are developed and researched through reading assignments.
