Students will determine how business-related disputes are resolved considering law, ethics, and the process of litigation.
Students will establish a working knowledge of the basis for governmental regulatory authority in our professional and personal lives.
Students will show an understanding of other issues in the regulatory environment including the creation of organizations, contracts, torts, and criminal law.
