Course Description
Preparation for teaching science concepts using agriculture as a context in secondary and post-secondary agricultural education. Emphasis will be placed on providing students with engaging activities and laboratory exercises that can be used in their own agriculture or science classrooms upon graduation.
Additional Requirements for Graduate Students:
Students will be required to submit an additional literature
review and/or research project related to the scientific concepts
presented in the course and related to the individual student's
interest. Students also will be required to review a journal
article as part of their exam.
