UX/UI Design Fundamentals in Fashion Branding


Course Description

Course combines design, technology, and branding. Human factors, usability, user experience (UX), and creating efficient, high-quality user interfaces (UI) for current fashion brands will be covered.

Additional Requirements for Graduate Students:
Graduate students will be required to conduct research on various technology-based user experience and usability testing tools, write a detailed report about the methods and case analyses, and present their findings to the class.

Course Objectives

1) Build fundamental knowledge about user experience, usability, and UX/UI design. 2) Understand and utilize various data sources to explore feedback from users who are currently using the service. 3) Analyze the design of current fashion brand websites or mobile apps and identify the data-driven problems related to usability. 4) Develop alternative designs using Figma, a collaborative interface design tool, and evaluate a new design.
