Project and Product Management


Course Description

Exploration of modern project management integrated with product management principles. Students learn to lead technology initiatives from conception to delivery using Agile and other methods, developing skills in scoping, scheduling, budgeting, risk, and stakeholder communication. Emphasis includes product vision, cross-functional alignment, feature prioritization, and managing AI-driven projects and products.
