Music Therapy Internship


Course Description

In-depth experience of clinical training in a professional setting. Experience in all aspects of music therapy practice in preparation for Board Certification.

Additional Requirements for Graduate Students:
Graduate students will have heightened requirements for leadership and skill demonstration at their internship. The final project for graduate students will include a more robust review of literature and repertoire file.

Non-Traditional Format

Fieldwork under the continuous, qualified supervision of a licensed music therapist (the equivalent of approximately six months of full-time work).
