- Provide support and time for professional and personal reflection - Extend their knowledge and skills related to counseling and coordination, educational leadership, advocacy, team-building and collaboration, and the use of assessment data - Seek experiences that will enhance their understanding of multiculturalism, technology in school settings, and the National Model for school counseling
