Course Description
The future of organizations depends on their members' ability to innovate. Information technology plays a key role in enabling new forms of open and collaborative innovation. The seminar provides students with an understanding of theories and research on user reactions and behaviors with respect to using information technology for innovation.

Course Objectives
Students will learn about current theories and perspectives to enable them to carry out an independent, scholarly research project on a topic in user behavior and technology innovation. Students will develop a research question, review and analyze relevant literature, and discuss their findings with peers and a faculty mentor.
