Course Objectives

To understand and apply the theories, models, and research focusing on effective school leadership. To understand and critically evaluate research on effective schooling. To understand and critically evaluate the research on school culture, climate, and change. To understand and critically evaluate the research on decision making, motivation,and TQM. To understand, evaluate, and apply conflict management theory models. To understand and apply different theories and models of leadership. To demonstrate critical thinking skills in class and in written materials.
