This course is the third of three semesters of guided and supervised learning opportunities allowing students to apply principles of educational administration and policy in Pre-K-12 school settings.

Course Objectives
The objectives of the course align with requirements of the accreditation bodies that oversee the licensure of educational administrators. Students will have opportunities to: 1. evaluate their dispositions and abilities as well as interest in educational administration as a career 2. observe educational administrators at work and participate in multiple activities that define their roles. 3. observe the work of teachers in interaction with pupils in classroom settings. 4. develop relationships with one or more practicing educational administrators acting in a mentor or coach role. 5. develop skills needed for successful practice as educational administrators
