Course Objectives

Upon completion of this course, the student will: 1. Understand the anatomical position. 2. Know anatomical terms identifying orientation planes and directions. 3.Be familiar with basic techniques of anatomical dissection. 4.Know and identify the muscles, as well as the action, origin, insertion, blood supply and innervation of the muscles of the back; thorax; upper and lower limbs; neck; head; and pelvis. 5. Know and identify the blood supply, innervationMiddle Medias, and structures of the head, neck, thorax and abdominopelvic cavities.
