Urban Tree Management II
Course Description
Arboricultural and tree health care in a single tree setting and
in community forest settings. Coverage includes health and
structure assessments, national and international standards of
care, pruning, hardware systems, pest diagnosis and treatments,
and professional ethics.
Additional Requirements for Graduate Students: Additional test problems, assigned management problems, and
report/presentation of solutions and results of findings.

Students will be aware of and demonstrate field-level knowledge of level tree pest diagnosis systems and be able to prescribe treatments.
