Course Description
Nutrients as precursors for organ and cell components and energy stores, emphasizing processes of turnover, growth, biosynthesis, and metabolism. Students will explore quantitative and dynamic issues using interactive computer modeling.
Additional Requirements for Graduate Students:
Graduate students will work in groups to build computer-based dynamic models and write a research paper.
