Course Objectives

•Students will be able to apply concepts of educational administration and policy to the experience of the residency. •Students will be able to frame and analyze cases presented in class. •Students will be able to develop probable solutions to hypothetical situations through case study analysis. •Students will be able to bring to forefront analysis of situations as presented from students’ residency experiences. •Students will be able to analyze administrative experiences and bring these exemplars to the forefront of the intersection between theory and practice.

The topical outline for this course will follow the requirements of the Georgia Professional Standards Commission for leadership certification through performance-based assessment.
