Discussion on the importance of ethical and moral leadership theories, with a focus on culture and the implications of leadership on conflict resolution within diverse teams, organizations, and communities. Students will identify and develop the personal and professional competencies required for ethical leadership in an increasingly global, diverse, and multicultural society.
Additional Requirements for Graduate Students: Graduate students will be required to: (1) research, prepare,
and give one topical lecture, (2) complete a literature review
on an aspect of organizational culture, and (3) design a poster
that documents an organization's moral or ethical issue.
