Student learning Outcomes
- The successful graduate student will have an opportunity to present current research results to faculty and peers, be able to effectively communicate those results, and receive feedback.
- The successful student will be able to construct and evaluate experimental approaches to research problems. The successful graduate student will read primary literature directly relevant to work done in the laboratory and be able to critically assess that literature.
Topical Outline
- The topical outline will depend on the faculty member leading the group meeting. In each case, the topics will focus on relevant areas of bioinformatics research.
