Course Objectives
This course will allow students from different colleges of the University the opportunity to explore the basic components of African Religion as basis for taking consecutive courses in African Religion. The course will also foster a solid foundation for students taking African Religion. In addition it should provoke their thinking about religious values through engagements in classroom instruction, debates, essay writings and presentations, thereby broadening the students’ religious world views and appreciation for religions outside their immediate backgrounds.
